I went to this wicked restaurant in Tampa "Chez Bryce" It is a pretty traditional French style restaurant. The menu was spectacular. The chef, Bryce Whittlesey, Is a CIA grad and is an absolutely remarkable chef. I almost ordered the Wild Burgundian Escargot but opted for the mac n' cheese with truffles instead...
