SHURE mics in the Kitchen- Turkey Roulade with Dried cranberries, Sage and Thyme and a Cinnamon Maple Sweet Potato Mash

SHURE microphones asked me to test the durability of the 55, 57, and 58. They have dropped them out of helicopter, buildings, run over them with tour buses and even shot them with rifles, but they never Food Tested them. I was happy to oblige and came up with this great thanksgiving style dinner using only mics as tools.
