Merry Christmas!!!

As Christmas quickly approaches, I was thinking about this past year. I remember January being so exciting. The year was new and the plan was huge! The economy got crappy, equipment broke, ideas fell flat, new ideas came out, plans changed, new plan were made….yadayadayada. That’s the story on paper, but in reality, it has been one of the best years of my life. All along the way, family and friends were always there no matter the situation and that is the resonating feeling for me this season. In addition to my immediate family, I have made so many friends and honorary family members this year. iMovie-20.jpgiMovie-20.jpg My trip to Lynchburg, TN (Thank you Jack Daniel’s Family) Nate and judges at Viking BBQ ChallengeNate and judges at Viking BBQ Challenge my multiple trips to Mississippi with the Viking Company (Thank you Fred Carl and Jane Crump) the Home and House wares show in Chicago (Stephanie Izard you rule the school) Nate and Tom ColicchioNate and Tom Colicchio New York City (Steve your awesome, thanks for letting me crash on your couch…you too Ryan) Los Angeles (Austin and Julie, coolest Vegetarians ever) Spearfishing snapperbigSpearfishing snapperbig the awesome experience at the Miami Food and Wine Festival and here in Tampa at NBC Daytime-RamenDaytime-Ramen (Dave and Cyndi, lots of laughs and good food. Simply crack open your egg in a small bowl bet lightly. Next cover your thawed chicken wings in the egg. Next roll your chicken wings in flour. Heat sauce pan to Medium heat, heat canola oil for a few minutes. Be careful when placing the chicken wings into oil watch out for splashing and the popping of the oil. Cook chicken wings rotating every 1 to 2 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Once you have cooked all your chicken prepare your sauce. Like I said in the description your making your chicken wings to your taste so take your favorite bottle of BBQ sauce and pour desired amount into bowl. Next your favorite bottle of hot sauce 70-350\70-351\70-400\70-401\70-403

Next you want to sprinkle in Crushed Red pepper this is where you will get a lot of your spice from so put as much as you can handle. Next place 2 tbsp. of butter into sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Place in microwave for 45 seconds to heat and mix all ingredients. Next place chicken wings into large tupper ware container and pour sauce over chicken. Coat evenly and serve
