Guinness Beef Stew
Recipe by Nathan Lippy
Serves 4-6
Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes (use beef chuck or similar)
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 cup carrots, rough chop
1 large yellow onion, rough chop
½ cup celery, rough chop
2 cups potatoes, rough chop
2 pint cans of Guinness
1 quart beef stock
4 Fresh thyme sprigs
2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
1 cup left over coffee (we want the bitterness)
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Action:
1. In a large stock pot, heat up a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef and brown for about 5-7 minutes.
2. Once the meat is beautifully browned, add the garlic and other vegetables except for the potatoes and caramelize until they have a bit of color. (About 8-10 minutes)
3. Add all the liquid, the whole sprigs of herbs (tie the herbs together with some string) potatoes, some salt and pepper and reduce the heat to a simmer (The soup should have small bubbles rise on the sides of the pot) for 1 hour or longer until the meat is super tender
4. Serve steamy hot with a little herbed foccaccia or a simple french baguette.

As Christmas quickly fashion approaches, I was thinking about this past year. I remember January being so exciting. The year was new and womens fashion the plan was huge! The economy got crappy, equipment broke, ideas fell flat, new ideas came out, plans mens fashion changed, new plan were made….yadayadayada. That’s the story on paper, but in reality, it has been one of girls fashion the best years of my life. All along the way, family and friends were always there no matter boys fashion the situation and that is the resonating feeling for me this season. In addition to my kids fashion immediate family

Simply crack open your egg in a small bowl bet lightly. Next cover your thawed chicken wings in the egg. Next roll your chicken wings in flour. Heat sauce pan to Medium heat, heat canola oil for a few minutes. Be careful when placing the chicken wings into oil watch out for splashing and the popping of the oil. Cook chicken wings rotating every 1 to 2 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Once you have cooked all your chicken prepare your sauce. Like I said in the description your making your chicken wings to your taste so take your favorite bottle of BBQ sauce and pour desired amount into bowl. Next your favorite bottle of hot sauce, I usually put half of the amount of Hot sauce that 70-445\70-446\70-447\70-451\70-452\70-454\70-455\70-500\70-501\70-502
I put BBQ sauce. Next you want to sprinkle in Crushed Red pepper this is where you will get a lot of your spice from so put as much as you can handle. Next place 2 tbsp. of butter into sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Place in microwave for 45 seconds to heat and mix all ingredients. Next place chicken wings into large tupper ware container and pour sauce over chicken. Coat evenly and serve

he Guiness Stout Beef Stew looks great and I would like to make it for Sunday - one day before St. Patrick's. Some of my guests cannot take alcohol so I'm wondering if it will 'cook away' leaving only the taste.
Many thanks,

This crazy-easy recipe may have only 10 ingredients, but each packs a wallop: rich chicken thighs.
