Nate I had lunch with a buddy the other day and we started talking about avocados. We chatted about flavor and consistency, how much we both loved them, how they are really good for you... just a couple of food dorks I suppose, but its totally true. Avocados are so versatile and can reach so far beyond guacamole. Sliced avocado I made this wicked dessert today to play with the smooth creaminess of the avocado. The natural sweetness and texture is absolutely awesome! I took a soft avocado, cut it in half and scrapped the meat into a large bowl, used a whisk to whip it until it was smooth, then added some heavy cream, powdered sugar, and a squeeze of lime juice. Whip it! Whip it good!... and it was that simple.
Avocado Cream (glass bowl) Serve the fluffy avocado cream in the emptied shell and garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro and a slice of lime. You could serve it in a bowl too, I just like the look of the avocado shell. This dish was so simple and really delicate. I hope you guys dig it! I wonder what will happen when we start talking about carrots? hahaha just kidding...
Later,
Nater

Simply crack open your egg in a small bowl bet lightly. Next cover your thawed chicken wings in the egg. Next roll your chicken wings in flour. Heat sauce pan to Medium heat, heat canola oil for a few minutes. Be careful when placing the chicken wings into oil watch out for splashing and the popping of the oil. Cook chicken wings rotating every 1 to 2 minutes until 70-642\70-643\70-646\70-647\70-648\70-649\70-652\70-653\70-662\70-663
thoroughly cooked. Once you have cooked all your chicken prepare your sauce. Like I said in the description your making your chicken wings to your taste so take your favorite bottle of BBQ sauce and pour desired amount into bowl. Next your favorite bottle of hot sauce, I usually put half of the amount of Hot sauce that I put BBQ sauce. Next you want to sprinkle in Crushed Red pepper this is where you will get a lot of your spice from so put as much as you can handle. Next place 2 tbsp. of butter into sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Place in microwave for 45 seconds to heat and mix all ingredients. Next place chicken wings into large tupper ware container and pour sauce over chicken. Coat evenly and serve
