Avocado Cream with Lime and Cilantro

Ingredients: 

1 avocado, very soft
8 ounces heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
fresh sprigs of cilantro and slices of lime to garnish

Instructions: 

Action:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the meat into a large mixing bowl. Be sure to keep the hollowed avocado shells for later.
2. Using a whisk, whip the avocado until it is smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream, agave and powdered sugar and continue to whip for 3-4 minutes or until the cream is fluffy with firm peaks.
3. Add half of the avocado cream to one of the empty shells, garnish with a sprig of cilantro and a slice of lime then serve.
